Feng Shui Consulting
Sami Kudo is a feng shui consultant in Japan. She writes books, writes for many
magazins, and appears on TV shows. She does feng shui consulting all over
Japan and in New York.
She was born in Tokyo in 1965. She is a graduate of London University,
where she studied psychology. She also studied interior design in London.
She has lived in Boston in U.S.A for two years. She was teaching exercise
at MIT.
She learned feng shui from Chinese feng shui master. So she uses authenic Chinese feng shui with the knowlege of English interior desgin.
What Is Feng Shui?
Feng Shui was originated in China more than 3000 years ago. The philosophy which
underlie feng shui is to live in
harmony with your environment so that the energy surrounding you works for you
rather than against you. The good house
welcomes chfi (energy) so that chfi flows in the house very slowly and
enhances the residentsf life. While
round surface and moving objects help chfi
go round in the house, straight alignments and sharp corners can produce
undesirable energy so called poison arrow.
One important feng shui formula concerns the eight main life Aspirations,
corresponding to eight directions of the compass. The first text on this formula was written in
220BC! To find Aspirational locations in
your home, Eight Trigrams of the I Ching,
the eight-sided pa kua symbol, and
the lo-shu magic square are used to
divide up the house or office into nine sectors. You can therefore energise the life Aspirations by using a number of appropriate
cures and enhancements. This will stimulate positive chfi flow and create good feng shui for you.
